The Ask: Expand awareness of the brand by creating an engaging platform that highlights all UPSC has to offer

The Result: Shipping insurance is not exciting—to most people. To business owners, making a claim can be a heart-pounding event, and not in a fun way.

To make the insurance industry more approachable, we created a mascot to befriend safeguard shipments on their journey: meet Ed the package protector.

Why? The concept behind this idea was to show how shipping insurance protects customers in a fun and interesting way.
