Client: Ad Council

The Ask: Create media that calls out sexual harassment juniors and interns can face in the workplace, specifically the ad industry

The Result: An “agency” that’s much more up front about its shady behavior. We created everything from logos to job descriptions, all driving to the website’s jobs page. That’s where the ruse is revealed, along with a few stats before we provide links to the experts.

The name serves as a callout to both drinking culture (spiking the punch) and blind following of the status quo (drinking the Kool-Aid)

Why? The concept behind this idea was to make apply to everyone. Whether it made people grossed out then relieved, embarrassed for not noticing or ashamed for not caring—it elicits a reaction from you.
